Learning to Dance: It’s All in Your Head

Learning any physical skill is easier when you have a way to deal with invisible habits that resist change, block progress, and sometimes cause pain or injury. The Alexander Technique teaches you how to use your thinking to peel away restrictive or harmful habits in order to use your body in a more natural and efficient way--not just for dancing, but for all parts of life.
